The maps illustrate the development have happened at West Park Secondary School since it was first built in 1950, And two others maps in 1980 and 2010.
The main road have remained unchanged in various different years. But there have been several developments during the 1950 to 2010 which have led to the emergence of science block, sports field, and car parking. Houses in the west of school were removed in 1980 and the car park with the science blocks was added next to the school. Farmland in the southeast of the map were removed in 1980 and developed into a sports field for students in 1980. However, in 2010 car park was developed in size and area in that modernized school. But playground and sports fields were reduced in size and area in result of comprehence changes between1980 to 2010.
Overall, the comparison of the three maps reveals a change some new facilities and reconstruction for West Park secondary School.
