We spend all day every day with our co-worker, than we do with our family.Every human is very different from each-other, their interests, skills, behavior almost everything differs. Nowadays, in every company team work is essential element in society. So co-work's charter matters a lot to achieve company's targets and own growth. In my view, a co-worker should be hard-worker and punctual in time, willing to help, positive attitude.

First of all, to build a decent bonding with co-worker is necessary to meet the desires. If a co-worker will have good bonding then he/she will help whenever there is a odd occasion. Comforting others when they are miserable. For instance, if a person is not happy with your work or if he/she doesn't like you then there is no way they will help. It makes both uncomfortable and unhappy which effects each-others work.

In addition, a co-worker should be hard worker and punctual in time. When a task is given or it is a team project co-workers should work hard and complete the work within the deadline. For example, in my office once our team failed to submit the project work in time, because of other two co-workers did not put equal effort as others in the team. The whole team suffered because of two people. This type of surrounding is very bad,so it will good if they are hard workers and timely person. And it shouldn't be something that you hold against a co-worker.

Furthermore, person with positive attitude and good listener makes the team and work smooth. Supporting a co-worker with positive attitude helps him/her to discuss his/her's work problems or personal issues. They should pay attention about what you say and encourage you to achieve, if not advice what is better. This attitude shows the trust and builds friendship. However, will always be able to offer you help and support as necessary.
