School should ask students to evaluate their teachers. (agree/disagree)
Nowadays, some may hold the opinion that evaluating the teachers with students is necessary, but others have a negative attitude toward it. As far as I am concerned, I agree that the students should consider teacher’s work. My arguments for this point are listed as follows.
One of the primary causes is that students turn to responsible people in the future. What I mean is that they learn people have to perform their work pretty well in each position even as a teacher. Moreover, they try to will be experienced people in their work and they know that always there is someone that evaluate their perform job. For example if they will be teacher, they make attempt to be the best in their job. My brother is a good example of this issue. When he was student he always writes his point of view about the manner that his teacher follows for teaching. my brother is a knowledgeable teacher and always surf the internet for getting up to date information. He indicates that nowadays there are a lot of gifted students with a high level of knowledge and expectation so students can assess the teachers meticulously. He always brings a friendly environment in the class for expanding the knowledge scope of student and students like him because of his keen contemplation.
There is a furthermore subtle point we must consider. By this way the administrators of schools can run a competition among teachers for reaching the apex of success in their work. Furthermore, eligible teachers can get financial incentive that makes them energetic for getting better more and more. For instance, my school is one of the best schools in our city because of this policy and many parents are encouraged for attending their children to our school. In addition, distinguish the rank of teachers by students not only has advantage for teachers but also parents can make decision fairly .Making a competition environment among teachers with help students bring a kind of prestigious situation for school.
In a word, by taking into account all these factors, we may come to the conclusion that students should evaluate the teachers because students familiar with to be responsible and teachers try to being versatile.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
