Dear Sir,
I’m writing to complain about the poor quality of service at your center. Everything seems to be worse than what you say in the advertisement. I’m not happy when I study at English for Today Center because there are so many Vietnamese teachers teaching English for students. The advertisement says there are no more than 20 students in a class but that’s not true, more than 30 students and it makes me so angry and unsatisfied. And yet, I had to pay for books and cassette tapes also they are very expensive. Next, when weather is hot, every classroom doesn’t have an air conditioner. Specially, I don’t like one thing most, it’s the time. They say the class time is from 5:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m but the class begins too late and it finished early. To resolve the problem, I require to give me a refund. Enclosed is a coppy of the receipt. I look forward to hearing from you and to getting a quick resolution of this problem.
