The lake house is a mind twisting, heart-melting time-wrap romance. An architect, Alex Wayer, and a doctor, Kate Forster, meet because of a lake house where they are both staying at. It all seems a little cliché and similar to classical love stories when you first hear about it, but there is a hitch which makes this a love story to remember. They stay in the house at the same day, same month, but they’re in a different year, Alex in 2004 and Kate in 2006. As they find out about each other through the mysterious time shifting mailbox at the house, their relationship blooms.
