The author argues that omega university to make their graduates to secure better job ,should terminate student revaluation of professor. Author uses the evidence that professors were assigning higher grades to get the better evaluation from the students. professor in the university are assigning higher grades to their student . this is the reason why students graduates from omega university are not successful as securing jobs as student graduates from the Alpha university. on the basic of this reason the dean of omega recommends that should terminate the practivce of evalution of the professor by the students.
first of all, i would like to point out that the the professor gave higher grades to get better evalution from the student . terminating the evaluation program may not have impact on the grades. it may be true that some students who score high grades , find it unfair from professors to give everyone higher grades. Such students give bad reviews about professors. weaken the autho implication that professors assign higher grades to get better evaluation from students. it might be possible that Omega students are not study oriented compared to Alpha students and getting lower grades in further comparison.
there were no changes occurring in exam pattern or selection of new students in last 15 years.its possible that Omega University’s new students are brighter than previous year students which cause the increase in the grades.
