Change, is always good. But only when it is controlled. Or at least, studied first. The problem with the duo of Claim-Reason provided is not just the attempt of applying the wrong formula to the wrong issue, but the blatant inconsideration of the interests of the enterprise as a whole. Choosing the limit of 5 years for a leadership, based on an incompletely quoted reason seems like an advise by a street Baba that you knock on the door five times to have a good luck.
