Flexibility for these scientific laws reduces their reliability and scholars do not rely on them to prove their assumptions. Scholars prefer to accept fixed and basic laws for scientific research and define sub systems for justifying the effect of various circumstances and places instead of defining flexible laws.
Management laws also are certain and some definite changes are added to them under emergency circumstances. For instance, the most proportion of manager believes that their organizations need particular principles which increase their efficiency and reduce their costs. Their employees follow special laws in their workplaces and obey defined laws in their companies. Managers know that if they wanted to render flexible laws, their employees could not handle their duties carefully and confused at different situations. Managers prefer to adopt certain strategy based on fixed laws at unpredictable events to increase benefits.
