Society plays a predominant and key role in moulding the young minds right from the early age. Of course, Talents and abilities of the child must be identified and trained in such a way that there is a comprehensive development when the child matures. There are many key points to be noted regarding the early encouragement of a child's special abilities. In the following, I suggest few of the measures to be taken at the budding stage.

Firstly, Identifying the special abilities by the parents and the community around them is what paves way for the cognitive development of the talent. Suppose a child is good in communication rather than writing, it is the responsibility of the parents and the society around the child to expose them to a sustainable Social patterns. The more the child is exposed to various social gatherings at different environment, the more constructive his abilities are. Instead if the Child is just kept in dark or eclipsed from such Socializing, the more detrimental it could be to the talent possessed by him. In Spite of mentioning about the conduciveness of the various social exposure here, parents must also take caution about the circumstance good or bad to which they are engaged to. This can affect the mental well being of the children.

Furthermore to add, Training can be provided based on a play and learn approach. Children tend to learn quickly only when they are exposed to play. Play and learn includes the EYFS ( Early Years Foundation Stage) Curriculum exposure. Every child is entitled to improve their knowledge based on a play,learn approach at a very early stage. The need for play is to develop the emotional, physical and mental state of the children. Children will be able to differentiate between Fantasy and reality; Truth and False ; Harsh and Soft ; Orderliness and Anarchy at a very early age that can help the potential abilities in them to prosper in the bright future.
Young minds are like a mould. They take the shape in to the direction and the right mould the parents or the society pour them. These young generations has the habit of accommodation and assimilation right from their childhood. Precisely they accumulate the knowledge acquired right from the pre Kindergarten level and provide room for knowledge as they reach further higher grades.

On the other hand , it is definitely important to be aware about the society around them. People or friends who discourages children's talents must be identified by the parents and aid the child to learn the art of handling them tactfully. Children should be sowed in a more conducive society ; to be bloomed where they are planted at a very young age is what the reality is. Thus Society and the community plays a major role in growing their innate abilities and talents.

To conclude, Parents and society must provide a solid platform for the children with special abilities and talents to explore more, learn more and develop their talents to reach for the skies.
