As an example, Iran is a big society with different kinds of artists and scientists that have significant achievement for their countries, while the most percentage of people of this society are struggling with economical problems and suffer from injustice. It is clear that the achievements of scientists of this country could not make contribution to present a great nation when majority of people live are not satisfied and have to devote most of their time at workplaces. The rate of joblessness at this country has upward trend and the most proportion of people have to work with the lowest salaries while certain artists and scientists have highest salaries and abuse from other poor people. These kinds of countries are not known as great nations because they would not be able to render the general welfare for their people.
In conclusion, one of the most important indicators of realizing a great nation among different kinds of nations is the ability of nation to satisfy its people by rendering general welfare rather than paying attention to the achievements of the rulers, artists or scientists. Implementing of justice among the people of a nation and provide them with the decent opportunity to meet their basic demands plays noticeable role on being a great nation.
