Therefore the gravity of the situation makes it advisable to defund the arts to feed the people when there is no other way, as the statement above claims. However, when the situation can be tolerable, we need to empower arts to help the society in several ways.

From where should I know that a word does not exist in the English language? I could use here "in the sophisticated manner" instead of sophisticatedly, however, I saw that such an structure is defined correct in several dictionaries.
