The way a message is delivered is often more important than the message itself

The statement says that delivering a message in good way is important. Yes, i agree with th statement given above, the message should be delivered in a way which a furious person can be convinced, For instance if we need to deliver a message which cannot be liked by our parents we need to deliver in a manner that they can be easily convinced.
The statement mainly tells that even an informal message can be received by others if we say it in a formal way.
