The chart gives information in connection with the percentage of the education level on Bulgarian people who want to go abroad over a two-year period from 2002 to 2008.
Based on the chart, secondary school is the highest education level in every period. Unfortunately, it decreases in the end of period from 65 percent in 2002 to 59 in 2008.
The second highest is primary or lower education level which rose to thirty-two percent in 2008. In comparison, the percentage of both 2006 and 2002 which became a significant increase was only from 18 to 19 percent.
Indeed, in the end of period, the figure for people who have high education is the smallest human interest for Bulgarian. It was only nine percent in 2008 which had fallen from twenty percent from the previous period.
Generally, over the six years, education was not the main purpose of Bulgarian to visit counties, because the percentage illustrates the poor request of education year-by-year. There might be another reason for it.
