The chart below shows information about changes in average house price in five different cities between 1990 and 2002 compared with the average house prices in 1989.
Given is the chart providing a comparison of the percentage change of house prices in five cities; USA, Spain, Japan, Germany, and UK in a six-year period from 1990 to 2002.
In the first period, UK and Japan had the lowest prices of housing property than the other cities. Precisely, UK and Japan grew to under minimum to eight percent. New York was also rose to minimum percentage to 5 percent. However, Spain and Germany succeeded the similar pattern of growing from normal to more than two percent.
On the other hand, New York, Madrid, Frankfurt and London could increase the economic and the price in the same time. As the result, the request of the housing influenced the price. Especially in London, the price led all the cities to 10 percent in the end period.
Overall, the chart illustrates that all of the cities improved their prices for twelve years. Even though Japan was still in under the minimum percentage, but Japan also succeeded to decrease the point from 8 to 5 percent in 2002.
