The Consumption of Fish and Meat in a European Country
The graph describes about the consumption of fish and meat in a European country during 25 years from 1979 to 2004. Chicken, beef, lamb and fish are the items which explained in the graph during the period.
The consumption of chicken in the country during 25 years was showed a fluctuate increase from 140 gram per person per week in 1979 to 260 gram per person per week in 2004. Chicken is the only item which showed an increased in 90%, while other items did not showed a increase during the period.
Lamb consumption declined fluctuately during 25 years from 150 gram per person per week in 1979 to 70 gram in 2004, it was 105% declined. Beef consumption declined 85% from 220 gram to 130 gram during the years. But, the consumption of fish was more stable than other items. From 1979 to 1982 it declined 10% but from 1982 to 2004 the consumption was stable in 45 gram.
In conclusion, people demand and interest to chicken from 1979 to 2004 in a European country was amazing. Chicken consumption increased while others declined.
