Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of working from home

In the Covid-19 pandemic, almost people are working from home, especially employees of IT companies. I thought that work from home takes both advantages and disadvantages.
First, work from home helps us avoid traffic congestion. And we can be flexible while working at home.
Eventually, in all matters, there are two sides, working at home sometimes makes us lazy, unable to focus on work.
