Drug or medicine abuse is becoming a problem in our society. What are the causes of this and what are some solutions?
Drug abuse is rife in our society. Many cases in which people fall to death due to use drugs a lot without awareness of its hidden danger. In my essay, I will examine some reasons for the alarming rate of drug abuse and offer solutions to this phenomenon.
To begin with, reasons of drug abuse are various. They are, however, preventable. First of all, with the booming of the economic, the today’s fast-paced lifestyle is considered as a root culprit of this top-heading issue. Obviously, when people hustle in a busy life towards money earning, hardly do they preserve leisure time to take care of themselves. Inevitably, diverse kinds of drugs or medicines would be injected into their body without any comprehensive understanding of its adverse effects, provided that it does work to cure their pain at once. Moreover, the ill-education in medicine usage leads people to drug abuse. Later or sooner, a community will tend to depend on drugs to treat their disease. In fact, due to the launching of the fat-killer medicine, many obese situations don’t want to do physical exercises or even shrink themselves at home and abuse that drug in favor of losing weight.
Solutions are highly possible behind this phenomenon. The first and foremost, nation’s authorities work out in education strictly. Thanks to myriad of immediate actions such as health-training courses, diverse-scaled prevention classes, resident’s awareness of medicines are awake and much more knowledgeable. Hence, they will cautiously use drugs compatibly. Simultaneously/ A second approach is to increase police leader to halt drug-smuggling teams. Not only government but also its dwellers should shoulder this responsibility together so as to prevent the proliferation of fake or poor qualified medicines.
To draw a conclusion, drug abuse is more prevalent in this contemporary time. Each single nation should take this issue into a serious account to prevent and halt it before unexpected effects occurring to the development of our society.
