Analyzing the line chart report reveals a correlation between how much money from council donation to book clubs over a four periods. It was interesting result that showed a fluctuation of amount money in pound sterling from city council was maintained as a same fluctuation with number of book clubs members. The greater money given to book clubs, the greater number of members come in.
To begin with, this line stood at 21.000 in a first year to cover 6.000 book club members. After that, in the second year, by given greater money to 23.000, the book club members were shown a decline to 5.000 people. There were no detail factor that known as a cause of this situation. Moreover, in the third year, when city gave greater money to the peak at 40.000, the book club members boomed to 10.000 people. Both of those increased dramatically and supported each others but new phenomena happened after that year. In the forth year, when city council tried to went down the amount money to 30.000, the book club members went up sharply to 12.500. Trigger of money from government showed a positive effect when the book club members were already understanding the importance of being members in those club.
To put them in nutshell, I think that government were not only giving amount money but also taking responsibility by support the club books with regulation. As a result, I believe this would be a better way to increase the book club members.
