The graphs below show the numbers and the percentages of children (aged 0-14) and young people (aged 15-24) in the Australian population from 1958 to the present, and projections until 2038.
The line graphs provide the amounts and the percentages of kids and young person in different age in Australia.
The first picture demonstrates the percentage of young people aged 0-14 years reached 30 per cent in 1958 compared to the present. From here there is a decrease until 2038 which achieve 20 per cent inhabitants (projection). There was a rise between 1970 and 1982 for more than 15 per cent aged 15-24 years. However, the percentage went down in 1998 then grew up in 2002 until now. The condition remains stable over 7 years into the future.
Next, the second graph illustrates the amount of residents in Australia in the same years. Nonetheless, the line shows an increase year by year. There was a slight decreased in different period of time. However, the sum of children aged 0-14 years slight incline 3 million population, and jumped to 5 million people in 2038(calculation). Meanwhile, the number aged 15 – 24 year-old climbed between 1958 to 1986. Yet in 1990 to 1998 fell to a low level. Nevertheless, the image went up gently from 1998 to 2038 with 3 million of dwellers (prediction).
Overall, the first graph shows that there was a declined percentages of populations aged 0-24 year-old. And, the second image leads to an incline millions of civilians (aged 0-24) in Australia.
