People naturally resist making changes in their lives. What kind of problems can this cause? What solutions can you suggest?
There is a common belief that individuals oppose alterations during their lifetime. It seems to me, it negatively affects particular aspects of humanity’s life. In this report, I intend to expose the sources of this tendency as well as some viable solutions.
It is often said that human beings are frighten of consequence of considerable transitions. To be more precise, people are fearful of failures. A good illustration of this is that in general, people do not resign from their unsatisfactory jobs, therefore, they are afraid of not find other work. As a result, men do not lead happy life. I tend to believe, the most obvious measure is to be more self-confident. That is to say, individuals should struggle with their anxiety. For instance, there is a popular opinion that self-reliant but even though not enough skilled men can achieve better outcomes in contrast with qualified however low-motivated individuals.
Another argument put forward is that on the whole, people escape modifications in order not to be condemned by community. In other words, they fear pressure of public’s opinion. For example, people before making noticeable changes in their appearance consider how surroundings will react on it. As a consequence, objections of others can prevent their actions. The most appropriate solution is to neglect public’s subjective point of view. What this means is that personality should be more self-sufficient in correctness of his decision. Evidence for this is provided by the fact that acting as others will welcome people can miss their life. This has resulted in monotonous lifestyle.
All in all, expressed reasons are sophisticated and needed to address them. if essential steps are taken people will eliminate adverse subsequences.
