Some people put forward the view that, wealthy nations should share their wealth among poor nations , but others think that, it is the responsibility of the government s of poorer nations . lets talk about both side of this issues.
First of all, food and educations crisis are very controversial issues and it is now a matter of considerable public concern, therefore, wealthy nations should pay attention to this countries and provide more investment for this instate of other unnecessary things. Drought , for example, left Africa with famine. Every 30 seconds an African child dies of hunger and about 45% of children in south Asia suffer from malnutrition ,educations, for instance, are very expensive and government in poor countries can not provide primary facilities. So, illiteracy is a problem throughout the poor country.
On the other hand, wealthy nations organizations charities for poor countries and provide the proportions of their universal budget to this countries because, only money and expert human s could help them to solve their problems. For examples, they can send volunteer people who leave their motherland and work and live in poor countries . more over, poor nations to look after their citizens, should provide suitable relationship with wealthy nations to catch up high quality helps , furthermore, peoples should help themselves to improve their live conditions and escape from their issues should help their government.
From what has been discussed above we may draw the conclusion that, it is valuable work for wealthy countries to help poor countries and support needed people.
