Sleep pattern by occupation
This table shows the time to work and to rest of people with different occupation.
In general, truck driver using the time for work while the other people using the time for sleep.
Students and full-time mother show the amount of time for sleep by 8 times. Pupils sleep in order from 11 pm to 7 am while housewife sleep mixed time in a day. However, truck driver and business executive shows the same hours to sleep by 6 times. Truck driver uses the time for sleep while business executive spend the time for work. Doctor shows the least time for sleep by only 5 times a day.
The most productive person is someone who works as a doctor with 19-hours work-time. Also, truck driver shows the unique times than others to work. Truck driver uses the time for work while the other workers use their time to close their eyes.
In short, various place and difficulty to work makes different times to work and sleep as well.
