In some countries children have very strict rules of behavior, in other countries they are allowed to do almost anything they want. To what extent should children have to follow rules?
Rules are very important in every body because it makes a person perfect. Some countries like India has strict rules for children while other countries as America there are no restriction on teenagers. That’s why in USA crime rate is high by teenagers as compared to Indian teenagers. Life needs freedom but this independence should be controlled by some kind of principles.
Some people say that the rules are made for humans, not the humans are made for rules so the children should not be forced to follow the rules. In childhood a child’s mind is like a plain paper, any thing is written on this paper, will be remained forever in a child life so care is essential at that stage of life and that the care can be easily provided to the child by some good principles.
A parent or teacher can not monitor a kid every time. But Child is not grown up at that level from where he can judge between wrong and right. The solution of this obstacle is just gave the child the light of rules and without any body help child can choose the right track of life.
The offspring’s who go with principle become more respected person in their life like in India Mahatma Gandhi. In his childhood once he told a lie in front of his father later he confessed and followed the principle “Never told a lie”. Now he is treated as father of nation in India.
To sum up, rules should be followed by kids up to some extend. It makes them honest and reliable person in society.
