Some people prefer to spend their live doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always good think.

Many people prefer to spend their lives doing the same daily routine and avoiding to change activity every days. However, some people think that is not important to change their daily routine. I think that could be good things to change our activities.

Have the same activities every days could make many people getting bored or lazy to do it. Some people think they could not change their activities because it could give impact to others daily routine in other days so they still in their activities to work or study everyday. It could be hard for them to change and they prefer avoiding to change daily routine.

That will give bad impact to the people if they do not change their activities. For example, depressed, some people will get depressed if they do the same activities like hard working or too much study hard, then do not refresh their brain. They become unsocial because they will not have many friend surround them. They just do same activities in the same place with the same friends. That will be they just have relation in the place which is their work.

I believe in change daily activities will give many advantages for many people. For example, they will get some new experience to do a lot of things, like go somewhere which they have not been there before in holiday. Moreover, they would have many friends to share a lot of stories or knowledge so they so they will be more open minded with their surrounding.

Overall, some people choose to do their lives in the same things because they enjoy to do it and they do not think more about their re-schedule. I think, that could be better if the people do a lot of different activities to refresh their mind.
