- What do you want the company to do about it?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made in your online store, order number #1234567.
I ordered a new model of Dell Inspiron 5110 laptop that you advertised on your site. I ordered the laptop with this specification:
1-Processor: Core I7
2-Hard Drive 750GigaByte
3-RAM installed 8 gigabyte
4- Operation system: Windows eight
However, on the arrival I found out you send me a laptop with a different specification and worse than you send me a different brand instead of the model I ordered.
I have since found the same offer on another website and will be returning the package on your office. I have read the refund policy, and as I am dissatisfied with the product, I would like to request a full refund, as well as postal and packaging fees. Should have any questions, you can contact me via email, my address is xxx@xx.com.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Mari.
