Well, when it comes to a type of international dish that I love eating, the first one that jumps into my mind is Kimchi which is one of the most popular and typical foods of Korea. You know, Kimchi made from various vegetables such as onion, cabbage, and beet together with countless spices, especially garlic, ginger, and powder chili. After that, all ingredients are mixed and fermented. I remember vividly, the most recent time I enjoyed it was a week ago on the end year party of my company that held in a Korean restaurant where I reunited with my colleagues after a year we had to work on a tight schedule.
