The chart below gives information about global sales of games software, CDs and DVD or video.
A comparison of the amount of several kinds of international sale between 2000 and 2003 and is presented in the bar chart. Overall, the figure saw a fluctuation in several sales. The most popular in all of type was CD sales.
In 2000 to 2003, there was a domination of the number of sales in CD types. However, over the period, the sales of CDs decreased slightly more than 30. The type of DVD/video sales experienced almost twice increase from 19$bn to 30 $bn, between 2000 and 2003, a drop of about 11$bn in 3 years. which was followed by the number of sales in Games software.
Interestingly, the number of global sales in both DVD/Video and Games software witnessed a gradual increase over the following one year between 21 $bn and 15 $bn respectively, while the CD sales declined steadily at 32 $bn. in 2002 to 2003, there was a slight growth in DVD/video and games software sales. Lastly, the number of CD sales still remained constant.
