My name is David Zhang, a newly enrolled student living at Flat 7, Block A, Wentworth College. I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint regarding to the unstable internet.
I found the Internet was considerably unstable since I moved in two weeks ago. It always breaks down or cannot be connected. Even though the Internet is completely free, which is fully included in accommodation expense, I do not feel it should happen in such a frequency. As I discussed with my flatmates, this is what happens to them as well. In addition, I was told the reason why this matter happened from time to time was principally caused by the old server which was needed to be updated.
Considering the Internet plays a crucial role both for our daily studying and for our communicating with friends and families, it is highly required to maintain it stable. Given the fact it is caused by the old server, could you please consider to replace it in the very near future?
