The picture illustrates the development of village of Stokeford from the period of 1930 and 2010.

Overall, most of areas in the Stokeford village were used mainly for the agriculture in 1930 but this area changed into the residential areas by 2010. While a few features of the villages have remained unchanged such as a bridge, a primary school and a post office, the large house has changed into the retirement home whereas shops and farmland have been demolished within 80 year.

As it can be observed from the map, the roads, which have built along the main road to the town area, have increased. The farmland has disappeared due to the expansion of the cement roads, which generate more access of people, the incremental number of houses have created as a result. As the population increases, the size of primary school expanded. The area where two shops were located next to the post office has demolished and 7 more houses have created instead. The area has been used for the gardens with large houses in 1930, which area is currently used for the retirement house by 2010.
