The bar chart illustrates the age when getting married by the group from 1996 to 2008. At first glance was evident that, the age that both sexes got married was higher in 2008; while female to marry at a younger age than male.
In 1996, 1% of female got married between the age of 16 and 19; while in 2008 this figure was about three times lower. On the other hand, no male in this group got married in either year. The most age for female to got married was from 25-29 years of age, at around 11.5 percent in both years.
As for female, the age groups of 25-29 and 30-34 was the most age to got married, with about 9 percent of male. However, by 2006, male got married between 25 and 29 had falled to 8 percent, while 11 percent of male now got married between the ages of 30 and 34. 35-39 and 40-44 the age group showed a similar trend. The percentage of female in these groups went up slightly, while for male rose dramatically. The 35-39 of male increase from 7 percent to 9 percent and the older group went from 5 percent to 7 percent.
