Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter to express my interest for the computer course in your college.
My name is smita. I am working as an accountant in xyz company. I came to know about this course While surfing on the internet. I am keenly interested in doing this but there is one exception that I do not have elementary certificate of this.
Here, I would like to explain the reason firstly I am an accountant so I do not get time to do elementary course but I know the basics of computers properly even I do most of accounting on computer. Secondly, I feel my presentations are quite simple so to improve my productivity I am interesed in this course. Therefore,I will be able to use advance features of presentations and used it for other purposes.
I just want to request that please consider my application for this course under exception. If you want me to give test of elementary course, then I will be ready to give exam. I also have my presentations and projects to show. Please choose any way whichever is more convenient to you.
Looking for a positive reply.
Yours faithfully
Smita
