Women of age 15 to 24 shows a percentage of 47.7% when compared to Men whose are just above 50%. Men between 35 to 44 age are very lazy enough to do their physical activities when comparing with women with a difference of almost 13% between them. Women of the age from 35 to 64 maintains the same percentage of about 53% whereas men of the same age group gain the importance as the age grows which is proved by the increase in their percentage from 40% to 45%.Women after the age of 65 become more reluctant to do their everyday physical activities and come down to men , maintaining almost the same percentage of men and women who do their physical activities.
On a overall view we understand that the importance of physical activities are more in women when compared to men in the year 2010. Both women and men needs to carry out their physical activities equally so that they can lead a healthy life.
