The bar chart describes the proportion of people who joined in physical activities usually according to age groups in Australian in 2010. Overall, females who were in teenager took part in exercises more than other ages while with males, they often do physical activities in 45 to 54 years old.
With women, the rate of people who did exercises was highest when they were in 15-24 years old, which was accounted for 52.8%. The second highest percentage was 46.7 per cent in 65 and over age group. However, the rest of age groups, the percentage was decreased and especially, this rate was declined significantly in 35 to 44 years old with nearly 40%.
Whereas men, there was a big difference. It was opposite absolutely with female. Australian men had trend doing exercise more in older ages, not in teenager. Almost men who were in 45 to 54, 55 to 64, 35 to 44 did regular activities much more than other groups with 53.3%, 53% and 52.5%, respectively.
