Generally speaking, about two of five Australians that did regular exercise in 2010. Interestingly, although male teenagers have a higher percentage than female teenagers that did regular physical activity, the picture changed surprisingly with female having a higher percentage from the age of 25 to 65 and over. Besides, the proportion of women that engaged in regular exercise reached its peak at the age group of 35 to 64 while the percentage of male falls significantly to around 40% at the age of 25 to 54.
To conclude, as the data suggest, more female Australians did scheduled exercise than Austrailian men and percentage of, ale in Australia that did regular exercise reached its lowest at the age of 25 to 54. This may be due to a variety of reasons including worsening health condition or occupied by heavy workload.
