According to the chart, China presented the largest number among all of these countries, which produced and consumed 5398 billion kWh and 5332 billion kWh, respectively. The United States ranked the second most place with a 4099 billion kWh production and 3866 billion kWh consumption.
Russia, Japan and India followed by producing around 900 billion kWh. Canada, France and Brazil had a similar number of production and consumption, which stood at around 500 billion kWh. However, Korean produced and consumed the less amount of electricity among these ten countries, with 485 billion kWh and 449.5 billion kWh. By contrast, Germany was the only country which consumed more than produced. The figures are 526.6 billion kWh and 582.5 billion kWh respectively.
Overall, China consumed the highest amount of energy while Korea consumed the least. Although Germany consumed relatively low, it used more than created.
