The provided chart represents ten countries having the largest amount of producing and consuming electricity in the year of 2014. As obvious from the chart, China was ranked as the top country in both production and consumption electricity, with 5,398 billion kWh and 5,322 billion kWh respectively.
Followed by China was the United State with 4,099 billion kWh of electricity was made and 3,866 billion kWh was used. Far from them was Russia ranked as the third place the amount of produced and consumed electricity were 1,057 and 1,038 respectively. The others countries also appeared in top ten were Japan, India, Canada, France, Brazil, Germany and ranked as 10th was Korea (produced 936 billion kWh, consumed 857 billion kWh).
It is noticeable that all ten countries have the amount of produced and consumed electricity relatively same and most of the country had the amount of produced electricity higher than consumed one, only the exception of Germany with 527 billion kWh of electricity was produced was and 583 billion kWh of electricity was used.
