The bar chart provides information about the percentage of divorces in the countries Finland and Sweden in between 2011 and 2015.

Overall, Sweden experienced a downward trend, while Finland showed an upward trend throughout the time period. Both countries have some fluctuations. Although initially Finland had low rates at the starting , it overtook Sweden at the end.

Sweden divorce rate was about 45 percent in 2011, which was higher than approximately 8 percent of Finland's. Then it increased almost 50 percent in 2012. However, the chart shows the gradual decrease in the rate about 47 percent in 2013 and continued to decline 45 percent in 2014. At the end of 2015 the percentage hit 37 percent.

Percentage of divorces in Finland was less than 40 percent in 2011, and it decreased in 2012 to around 33 percent . However, the chart shows the gradual increase by next two years. It rose to approximately 39 percent in 2013, then increased 3 percent in 2014. After that it remains steady for the next year and it is higher than Sweden.
