overall, it is clear that the percentage of people in Germany driving a car is the highest in all three years; while, car ownership in Greece is the lowest figure.
The proportion of car owned in Greece fluctuated, about 300 per 1000 people in 2005, then this figure increased slightly to 400 owners after 4 years before decreasing to 300 again in 2005. car ownership saw a similar trend in Italia, reaching a peak at approximately 550 per 1000. However, in the UK, dwellers using their own car experienced a downward trend, from 700 per 1000 in 2005 to nearly 600 in 2015.
Meanwhile, the proportion of used cars in France remained at the same level throughout three years, 600 overall. By contrast, the ratio of Germany is the highest numbers, compared with the other countries, accounted for 900, 810, and nearly 1000 respectively. while the average in European, the number was 700 in 2005 and then it fell modestly to about 690 in 2009. In 2015, this figure went up significantly to 800.
