It can be seen that for all figures the overall trend was upward, except for country B. In addition, the highest percentage of young people in higher education was recorded in country D.
Turning to the chart for more details, in 2000, the proportion of young people in higher education in country A accounted for 37% of the total number, which was more lower than country B (40%). There was an enormous growth of the young people in higher education in country A in 2010, at nearly 58%. The figure for country B remained unchanged after fell slightly to 39% in 2005.
Regarding to the other country,in 2000, about 43% and 45% of people in country C and country D attended higher education respectively. In the next 5 years, the figure for country C rose slightly and stayed unchanged at roughly 47%, in contrast, the young people in higher education in country D witnessed a dramatic climb to reach the highest figure at about 60% in 2010.
