The bar chart manifests the housing inclination scenarios categorized in three different cities in the UK in 2005.

Overall, flats were the most popular kind of house for British people with London figures far exceeding the remainder, whilst the worst came to terraced houses.

As observed, nearly 60% was the quantity of London population preferred flats, which outnumbered the same categorized ratios recorded in Oxford and Cambridge 30% and 40% respectively. By contrast, there was a negligible figure witnessed in the proportion of people favoring detached houses in London, just below 10% in comparison with the respective data in Oxford and Cambridge were 25% and 35%.

Turning to the counterparts, civilians in both places had a similar level of preference to terraced houses, at roughly 17%. Meanwhile, the indicator of people who were has preference of semi-detached houses in Oxford and Cambridge also bore a resemblance, being reported at 28%, while that in London was lower slightly.
