The diagrams give us information about how London and other areas of England's citizens spent money on housing expenses from 1995 to 2013.
In general, the average number of house prices in England experienced a growing up trend in the mentioned period. It is obvious that meanwhile London had the highest number, North East seemed to be easier to live because of its lowest average price.
In 1995, this figure of London was nearly 140000 pounds. It was lower than that one of England which was 200000 pounds per year. Then, in 2013, the average house cost in London increased to the same number as England's in 1995, At that time, the data of England reached a peak at 400000 that was over twice as bigger as that one of the capital.
In the second chart, it can be seen that the average price of house in London got the first ranked at 400000 pounds in 2013. In contrast, this data of Midlands and North East was the 2 lowest numbers of the chart at about 100000. Moreover, those numbers in South East, South West and North West were at the middle of the graph and decreased respectively.
