Cambridge IELTS 14-Test 1-Writing task 1

The given charts provide some information about the average percentage of three different types of nutrients in four meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in the USA. Furthermore, over-consuming these nutrients containing sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar can be a threat to people's health.
In an overview, it can be seen from the pie charts that dinner has the highest percentage of sodium and saturated fat although the largest amount of added sugar is allocated snakes. Breakfast, however, is responsible for the least percentage of all three mentioned nutrients compared with other meals.
With a closer look, it is also evident that 43% and 37% of total sodium and saturated fat consumed in the USA belong to dinner.furthermore, lunch ranks second place in the proportion of previous nutrients, sodium, and saturated fat, with the figures begin 29% and 26% respectively. By contrast, breakfast that is eaten by Americans contains the lowest percentage both of nutrients (14% and 16% respectively) among all meals.
In addition, in spite of the fact that the figure for sodium and saturated fat of snacks is minimal (14% and 21% respectively), the highest percentage of added sugar belongs to snacks, which is 42%. Finally, the rest of the added sugar existing in breakfast, lunch, and dinner is 16%, 19%, and 23% respectively.
