The chart and table provide information about the number of hospital beds in 8 different countries and life expectancy of their population .
Overall , it can be seen that the highest number of bed was in japan while united state had the lowest number . with regard to the expenditure that the government spend on healthcare , united state was the greatest among other countries .
The largest quantity of hospital beds was in japan (14000 bed) followed by Germany (8000) then netherlands ( above 4000) and the rest countries had the bed nearly 4000 bed . on the other hand , the lowest number of bed was in united state (around 3500 bed) .
As the table shows the government of us spend significant amount of money on healthcare 6719$ but the expected average life of population was 78 year old . although japanese government spend relatively little money (2581$ ), the average life was the highest . netherlands was slightly above japan by 900$ and the average life for its population was 80 .
