The chart below gives information about the level of education of Bulgarian people who wanted to go and live in another country in 2002, 2006 and 2008.

The bar chart illustrates data about Bulgarian with various level of education who wished for emigrating to different nation in 2002, 2006 and 2008. Overall, it is evident that the proportion of secondary education Bulgarian was the highest throughout the period, while people with higher education has a lower percentage in planning to live abroad.

The highest category of people during the entire period was those with secondary education. The rate of those people was 65 percent by 2002, followed by a steady decline to 59 percent in 2008.

Turing to primary and lower education Bulgarian, its percentage was 18 percent by 2002, then this rate rose considerably to peak at 32 percent in 2008.

In contrast to people with primary and lower education, the proportion of higher education Bulgarian fluctuated. Between 2002 and 2006, this increased from 17 to 20 percent. The following 2 years saw a exponential fall in this rate, to 9 percent in 2008.
