The provided chart depicts level of degree in science in Malaysia and Singapore. It is obviously seen from the illustration that more than half of people working in science in both countries, does not have adequate education in science.
Both countries have same amount of workers in science holding master's degree (nearly three per cent). However, one time more than in Malaysia, scientist in Singapore gained Bachelor's degree (20 per cent, 10 per cent).
School leaving exams passed almost same amount of scientist in both countries, but Malaysia had about 5 per cent more workers in science who finished their studies with this level of education. In contrast, Malaysia have also more non qualified workers without degree in science than Singapore with around 65 per cent and 60 per cent respectively.
To sum up, in both countries university degree in science, gained very small portion of scientist.
