The picture describes about commonly problems percentage of living aeras in UK cities in 2008.
It is clear that health services, education and training proporsion were more than air pollution in the UK cities. The highest issue was health services in Newcastle, Belfast, Brimingham, Cardiff and Manchester. In London and Glasgow education and training was the most reported issue.
According to the bar chart the percentage of health services were almost same, more than half in Newcastle, Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff and Manchester. Education and training proporsion was a little less than health sevices but same as, exept Manchester and Newcastle, all other citieas it was showed more than half.
In Manchester and newcastle percentage of education and training less than other cities. It was more than two fifths. The highest percentage of air pollution was less than a fifth in Manchester, London and Cardiff. Other cities it showed less than ten.
