The chart below shows the global sales of different types of digital games from 2000 to 2006.
The given chart depicts the information about many types of digital games of global sales between 2000 and 2006.
From an overall prospective, it is clear that there are four types of games. Thus handheld games were maximum in every year and online games did not sale in 2000. While, the data is calibrated in billion dollars.
To begin with, the mobile phone games. In First two years, the mobile games were not sale. In 2002, that was starting at 1 billion sale and it increased year to year, in 2006 (7 billion ) people bought mobile games. Whereas, online games were started in 2001 with 0.5 billion sales. It also increased from 2001 and 2006 and sales 9 billion of online games.
Furthermore, near 6 billion saled of console games in 2000 and that was decreased with 1 billion in 2001 and 2002. After 2002, this was stable upto 2004. In next two years, this declined and only 3 billion were sales in 2006. However, handheld games were bought 11 billion by masses in 2000 and that was inclined from 2000 to 2006. In 2006, nearly 18 billion sales were of handheld games respectively.
