The bar graph illustrates the number of males and females choosing six main subjects at a university in the US in the year 2010.
Overall, the Finance course was the most attractive with both gender, whilst the Engineering's figure for males and females were the lowest in six courses. Besides, the big difference in the number of males and females learning Mathematics.
Looking at the detail, males and females studying Finance were the highest numbers with approximately 230 students. The number of males and females who studied Accounting was relative with 170 and 200 students. However, the figure for female students learning Marketing was higher than that of male students by 40 students.
The least interesting subject for students was Engineering, at about 60 learners for males and females. The figure for males studying Mathematics at 200 students that were four times as much as of females with over 50 students. Finally, with 150 students of males choosing Economies, that number was double times of female students.
