The following chart gives an analysis of further education of Britain and the type of studying employed (full-time or part-time) in three different timelines divided on the basis of gender.
Considering the statistics of male education, the maximum in terms of numbers are obtained in the time period 1980 to 1981 with 10,00,000 men participating in educating themselves. Moreover, the time periods, 1990-1991 and 2000-2001 share approximately an equal distribution of 8,00,000 men inclined towards forwarding their education. Additionally, in all the depicted timelines, the males utilizing part-time study and the number of students taking part in it had increased gradually from less than 100 thousand in 1980-1981 to roughly 200 thousand in 2000-2001.
Furthermore, in view of female statistics, the number of women desiring to further their education had increased significantly within the three timelines described. Adding to this, the usage of part-time studying as means has also increased proportionally with the population of female’s disposition for more schooling. The highest number in the chart was obtained at around 1,100 thousand by the number of women in Britain in 2000-2001 partaking extra tutelage while the lowest is given by the women in the period 1980-1981.
