demand response services remained total 225 incidents and 173 injuries per 100 million passengers miles. This category were nearly three time as high as the second figure, bus service. There were 76 incidents and 66 people were injured on buses.
rail services experience fewer problems. The numbers of incidents light rail were similar as buses. By contrast, it still fewer in injuries, only 39. Heavy rail services had a lower amount as light rail while commuter rail traverlers were even less likely to had problems. In fact, only 20 incidents and 127 injuries occurred on commuter trains.
